Shipping

If our preprinted items are in stock we usually ship your order the same day or next business day. All items contained in your order must be in stock before it ships out. Please allow 7-14 business days for your package to arrive. Custom designed orders have a 7-14 business day production time before we ship out. Shipping charges for group orders are subject to change depending on weigh and quantity.

Note: We try our best to obtain the best rates for shipping and handling.

1. What are your shipping rates?

For U.S. destinations, our shipping options and delivery times are as follows:

Please add $ 5.00 for all Bulk items: Hooded sweatshirts, Sweatshirts, and Totes.

Note : All express orders must be done online.

Note: Orders placed after 3 PM EST will most likely ship the following business day
Note: Shipping times must be ADDED to production times
Note: Please call to arrange for Saturday delivery
Note: Orders Shipped through UPS will require a signature upon delivery

Note: Custom orders are not available for express delivery.

2. What if I entered an improper address?

If you do not provide us the complete proper address and your package is returned to us, your credit card could be charged up to an additional $15.00.

What is your return policy?

In order to receive a full refund for your purchase. First, you must request a return authorization number from our customer service department at: 1-800-960-8016. We do not accept any returns which have not received return authorization. You must return the merchandise on its original condition within 30 days of receiving your items as we will not accept returns after 30 days.

Your refund would not include shipping and handling unless there is a manufacture defect or processing error.

Note: We will be happy to provide a refund for custom order merchandise under the following circumstances: In the event that the items had a defect in the materials, workmanship or a processing error was made. Merchandise can not be returned or exchange under any other circumstances other than the ones listed above.

Note: We highly recommend that if you are returning an item, you insure and guard the item against loss of merchandise through the U.S Postal Service, FedEx or UPS

In the event that something was to happened to your return package .Please contact us at: 727-786-9008 or 1-800-960-8016 for instructions on obtaining a refund for your purchase .

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact our customer service department at info@cruisinteesboutique.com or call 1-800-960-8016 for further instructions. Please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials, as we may need these items for further investigation.

Can I Exchange my merchandise?

We apologize for any inconvenience, at this time we do not have an exchange policy.

If you are not satisfied with your merchandise size.Please follow our return policy for instructions. and proceeded to place a new order .

Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?

At Cruisin Tees Boutique Inc. we want to get your order out to you as quickly as possible, so we begin working on your order minutes after you submit your order. Once you authorize your transaction, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. Moreover, if your order contains custom shirts or items that ship within 24 hours, it is not possible to cancel your order once it has been placed. If cancellations or changes are possible, we will do all we can to accommodate you.
